Nature of the service
Tampa Biz Leads provides researched business-opening, expansion and commercial-opportunity information. Reports are informational sales intelligence. They are not guaranteed appointments, buyers, contracts or revenue.
Category exclusivity
While a subscription remains active, Tampa Biz Leads will not knowingly provide the same territory report to another subscriber in the same agreed service category. The same opportunity may be provided to subscribers in noncompeting categories. Category definitions and territory are confirmed before enrollment.
Report volume
Opportunity volume varies with actual business activity and research results. No minimum quantity is guaranteed unless separately stated in writing.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Customers may cancel before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period. Refunds for a partially used billing period are not ordinarily provided.
Rate lock
The subscriber's monthly rate remains locked while the subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription ends and the customer later returns, current pricing and category availability apply.
Accuracy
We use reasonable research methods, but public information can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Subscribers should independently verify material details before making business decisions or contacting a prospect.
Public sample
Examples shown on the public website and in the downloadable public sample are fictional demonstrations of the report format. Live prospect identities and contact details are delivered privately to subscribers and are not intended for public posting.
Acceptable use
Reports are licensed for the subscriber's internal business development. They may not be resold, republished, publicly posted or distributed to unrelated third parties without written permission.
